The team
Stephen Belshaw is a recognised and highly experienced construction lawyer who acts for main contractors, specialist subcontractors, consultants, employers and developers. Whilst the focus of his practice is dispute resolution, principally adjudication, he also does a significant amount of contract drafting and amendment. Stephen has been recognised in both Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 as an expert in construction law.
He has advised on a number of high-profile matters including disputes/matters involving the National Exhibition Centre Birmingham, the Millennium Wheel, the Eiffel Tower and Coventry City Cathedral.
