Pannone Corporate advises Miss Kick: “Game. Change. Her.”
Pannone Corporate is delighted to be working with Miss Kick, advising the team in relation to a significant EIS equity fund raising, sponsorship contracts with both clubs and players, and updates to its terms and conditions.
There are over 30 million females in the world who play some form of football, and FIFA has a stated aim to increase this to 60 million by 2026. Miss Kick is the UK’s first female football brand. It was founded by the (then 21 year old) Grace Vella, a former Liverpool and Manchester City player. During Grace’s football career she felt that an ill-fitting kit (designed for boys and men) was a restriction, not an enabler, for female players. This inspired her to launch Miss Kick, a movement to address gender issues in football and to create social change in both football and wider society.
