The team
Our team is highly experienced in supporting businesses and their directors through financially challenging situations. At a personal level we will explain and support you with your director responsibilities and statutory duties.
Our team understands the needs of insolvency professionals and we are experienced in dealing with the particular demands of administrations, liquidations, receiverships and personal insolvency procedures. We provide technically excellent but commercial advice and we value our long standing relationships with these clients.
We also understand the needs of our creditor clients, and how they can protect their position in the face of counter-party insolvency.
Our team has a very strong reputation in the market. We have acted in several widely reported High Court and Court of Appeal cases. We recently successfully settled a multi-million pound breach of duty claim against directors (our clients) by HMRC. We negotiated a structured settlement that preserved the majority of our client’s life-time savings.
