The Real Estate team are known for undertaking complex and high value transactions for a wide range of clients, across a range of sectors, including many household name brands. Clients include Bestway Group, Boohoo, Junkyard Golf, Mission Mars, New Balance and Rudy’s Pizza, amongst others. Our team also acts for various charities on their real estate portfolio including acquisitions, sales, management and commercial and residential development.

We regularly assist clients in initial deal negotiations and are increasingly instructed to lead negotiations with a view to agreeing Heads of Terms, which is prior to the point where real estate solicitors are typically involved. By encouraging our clients to involve us at the earliest stage of real estate transactions we are often able to add value by suggesting the incorporation of clawback mechanisms including overage or ransom strips. This also enables us to ensure that transactions run smoothly by improving the quality of the heads of terms documenting the initial agreement.
We are very experienced in dealing with both commercial and residential auctions, sales , acquisitions, plot sales and general estate management.
